Arran 26 Year Cask Strength Single Cask Whiskey from 1996 is an exclusive and rare treasure from the Arran Distillery on the Isle of Arran. This whiskey was distilled on 26 August 1996 and carefully selected by a small group of Danish whiskey dealers in May 2023. It was matured in a Sherry Hogshead Cask No. #1129, and only 258 bottles were bottled from this unique cask. This special release is dedicated exclusively to the Danish market.

The Arran Distillery, which began production in 1995, is a relatively young player in the whiskey world. But it has in a short time gained an impressive following worldwide. Isle of Arran Distillers is one of the few privately owned distilleries in Scotland and is run by an experienced team, with James MacTaggart as distillery manager who has over 40 years experience in whiskey production.
