Arbikie Highland Rye Single Grain is copper pot-distilled Highland Rye Single Grain Scotch Whiskey has been matured in first filled, charred American Oak casks and finished in Pedro Ximénez casks with no coloring and no chill filtering.

Tasting notes: Orange and jam mixed with cloves and maple syrup.

There are only 998 bottles available globally, so it is a unique luxury whiskey release.

998 bottles have been released of Arbikie's Highland Rye Single Grain Scotch Whisky. The bottle at 46% The grain used is from local producers and is Arantes rye (52%), Odyssey malted barley (33%) and Viscount wheat (15%)

Distillery:

Arbikie is a family distillery which has been distilling for more than 200 years in the 4th generation. Rye whiskey is especially known from the USA, but corn is used together with rye to make the spirit, where in Scotland wheat and malt are used together with rye.
As with all farming families, brothers John, Iain and David grew up on the farm. This is what gave them a deep understanding and respect for the land. However, their careers were not in agriculture before opening the Arbikie Highland Estate distillery where they have returned to build this exciting new venture.
