Admiral Rodney Officer's Saint Lucia rum is barrel aged for 11 years in American white oak which has been used for Bourbon and another 9 months in Irish whiskey casks, which has produced a deliciously balanced and complex rum, with vanilla and tobacco notes with hints of the Irish whiskey casks.
Already a multi-award winning rum from Saint Lucia. Admiral Rodney has evolved further and has been relaunched with two additional expressions to create a permanent selection of three exquisite rums. A limited edition “Officier's Release” bottling is also released each year, showcasing a unique and innovative cask finish. Admiral Rodney has been branded by some of the world's most respected rum aficionados. The best pure rum made on a traditional double column Coffey still.
Remains true to what has made Admiral Rodney such a success. Here, these extraordinary spirits showcase unique blends of aged column-distilled rums in different age groups and finishes. Each distillate in Admiral Rodney Rum is withdrawn from the column on the lower plates to capture the rum's natural characters that develop over time in oak casks.
