Fresh and elegant Abbazia Moscato Rosé Dolce in a beautiful pink color with delicious persistent bubbles with harmonious sweetness in lightly sparkling Moscato from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy.
Scent: Full of fruit with fresh fruit of roses, strawberries and a little grape.
Taste: Here you experience a pleasantly sweet with a delicious fullness and wonderful softness.
Server for: Perfect as an aperitif, with cakes, fresh fruit or for use in cocktails. Perfect for a good starter and the rest can be drunk with strawberry and fruit desserts.
Serving temperature: Chilled at 6 – 10°C preferably in tall champagne glasses
Manufacturing:
Rose Moscato Abbazia is from Piedmont in Northern Italy, which is home to many of the great Italian red wines. But Piedmont also produces delicious light sparkling wines. Eg. The Moscato wine, which is produced according to the autoclave method, whereby the fermentation, which takes place in pressure tanks, is stopped halfway through the process. This preserves a nice residual sweetness in the wine and keeps the alcohol content low.

Casa Vinicola Abbazia is located in Santo Stefano Belbo, a small town between Langhe Monferrato and Roero. For several generations, the Santero family has owned and operated the winery, which has an important historical and cultural significance.
For many years, new generations have worked according to the same traditional patterns and have had the same passion, the same love for nature and the vineyards. It is a precious experience that starts in the vineyard and ends in the bottle. We go to the fields every single day to follow the development day by day, our mission is to get the very best out of our fields.
