Made at its particular latitude with altitude and unique weather conditions that make it possible to make structured and complex fresh wines.

Region of Valrea:

Valreas is a region – municipality in the Villages where this wine is produced around the town of the same name. The town is located approx. 35 km northeast of the city of Orange in France's southern part of the Rhone. Both rosé, white and red wines are produced under the Valreas designation. Wines can only be produced from grapes from vines in Valreas municipality.

In South Rhone, there are 123 producing municipalities, only 95 of these municipalities are allowed to produce wines with the name Village wines. Out of them, there are 15 other municipalities that must use another name after Villages, of which Valreas is one of them. As a consumer, you know exactly where the grapes come from.

Harvest yields in Villages and the 15 sub-municipalities are often low, but lovely powerful and full-bodied wines that can often be a bit expensive but the quality is usually top notch.
