The Gewürztraminer grape:
Produced from the remains of the grape in a Bagnomaria still. It is characteristic of the Marzado distillery that their distillation is very slow. By taking it slow, they make the best use of all the good properties of the grape must. After the distillation, it is aged in 1000 liter oak casks for 36 months. This storage is carefully observed and the development of the aromas is followed. So in the end, you have achieved the optimal aroma and flavor nuances.
Marzado:
Grappa produced in Italy by the family owned distillery Marzadro since 1949 and located in Trentino. It is now the 3rd generation that runs the distillery. All their Grappa, which is made from many different grapes, is made with passion and knowledge. When you taste their Grappa, you have no doubt about their old traditions and passion for their production.

Grappa is a brandy that is produced from the remains from wine production. The grape pomace which is called Vinaccia in Italian.
