Brotte Reserve De L'Aube Blanc is a white wine from France. The wine is produced by Brotte, a renowned wine company with a long tradition in winemaking in the Rhône Valley. Brotte Reserve De L'Aube Blanc is part of their prestigious Reserve De L'Aube range.
The vines used to produce Brotte Reserve De L'Aube Blanc are carefully selected from select vineyards in the Rhône Valley. The area is known for its selection of grape varieties and excellent growing conditions. Brotte uses a combination of grapes, where the exact composition can vary from vintage to vintage. The most common grape varieties used include Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne.
It has a pale yellow color with green undertones. The wine has an intense and complex aroma with notes of white flowers, citrus fruits and ripe peaches. On the tongue, it offers a well-balanced taste with fruity and floral notes, complemented by a fresh acidity and some minerality. The aftertaste is long and pleasant.
Scent: Unique composition of citrus blossoms with exotic fruits and apricots with a hint of jasmine.
Taste: Light and well-balanced, filled with fruit and toasted brioche.
Server for: White asparagus with hollandaise sauce, chicken with ragout of green olives, tapas and aperitif.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
This wine is often an excellent choice for seafood, chicken or vegetarian dishes. It can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. The serving temperature is recommended to be around 8-10 degrees Celsius.

About the Vinhuset:
In 1931, Laurent Charles Brotte settled in the prestigious wine region of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhône region. Here the young Charles threw himself into viticulture and set up a bottling plant in the small town, and thus the seed for Maison Brotte was laid.
Laurent Charles Brotte dedicated his life to providing wine lovers around the world with quality wines that reflect the style and characteristics of the area. In 1952 he got the idea for the brand "La Fiole du Pape". As a matter of fact, Châteauneuf-du-Pape firmly established itself in people's consciousness, and today "La Fiole du Pape" is exported to 90 countries throughout the world. Maison Brotte is today a dynamic wine company with over 60 ha and 4 properties; Domaine Barville, Château de Bord, Domaine Grosset and Domaine de l'Aube but also own bottling plant. In 1972, the family also built a museum where visitors can take a closer look at the history of the Rhône valley.
