Rose MAN is produced modeled after the popular rosé wines from Côtes du Provence. The wine is produced from Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, which are grown in the Coastal Region of South Africa.

The story:

3 friends who had an idea. They wanted to produce a "top everyday wine" that they themselves would love to buy and drink. Good quality wine at a fair price. To realize the project, the three friends José Conde and the brothers Philip and Tyrrel Myburgh had only one problem. How could family peace be preserved. When this new project was to be presented in the three families? How could Philip, José and Tyrrel ask their wives for just a little more "free time" to now also devote themselves to this project? A few more weekends away from home and a few more travel days when the wines had to be introduced worldwide? The "excuse" was that the three friends wanted to produce the wines, precisely for the sake of their wives. That is why the wines have been named after them, each with their own first letter. So Maria, Aneat and Nicky had to add names. And permission to continue the project was issued promptly.

Things have gone very well for the MAN Family since the beginning. The wines have received a fantastic reception worldwide from wine lovers. In the opinion of the three friends, the wines' popularity is due to the extreme and completely different "terroir" found in the Perdebergs Hills, where the grapes are grown. The climate here is not for sissies. And that requires skillful and diligent care of the vines. In return, the reward is the most perfect grapes imaginable. And you can taste it every year in the wines from MAN.
