Hayman's Sloe Gin Premium London Dry Gin

Hayman's Sloe Gin is a traditional English liqueur made from an old family recipe. Hand-picked wild sloe berries, wild plums hand-picked in autumn after the first frost in England are in Hayman's Gin for several months before being mixed with natural sugar to create a rich ruby red liqueur with a bittersweet fruit flavour.

You get a different and good Gin from Hayman's. This is a rich ruby red Gin Liqueur which is bittersweet with a lovely fruity taste and hints of almonds.

Scent: Soft plums with almond and frangipane with ripe red fruits.
Taste: Warming and rich with delicate notes with a balance between tartness and sweetness.
Aftertaste: The sweet plums are still there with warming spices

Sloe Gin has been a popular drink since the 19th century and was a mandatory bar item in the first cocktail era in the 1880s.

You can enjoy it on its own with plenty of ice, or with added good bubbles.

Hayman's of London:

One of the world's oldest gin distilleries, which was founded in 1863. It is still the Hayman family that runs the distillery for the 5th generation.
The distillery uses three incredibly beautiful copper pot stills, named after the women in the family.

The Hayman's family specializes in the traditional gin types such as London Dry, Old Tom and Sloe gin. The recipes they use are the ones they used 150 years ago. Although they make gin according to the old school and recipes, it does not mean that it is stiff and boring. They make many exciting new releases, all of which pay tribute to the history of gin.

It was Hayman's that brought Sloe gin and Old Tom gin styles back on the world map. Their Gently Rested is inspired by the time when gin was sold in casks. Aged in cask before bottling. They make Small gin, a gin that is extremely concentrated in taste, but with the same alcohol content as ordinary gin. When you make a gin cocktail, not as much gin is required to achieve the same taste, and thus there is less alcohol in your drink, although with the same taste.
