Beni di Batasiolo Moscato Spumante Rosé
Beni di Batasiolo Moscato Spumante Rosé is the sweet sparkling treat from Beni di Batasiolo. Made from Moscato Bianco and aromatic red grapes.
Scent: Fine bubbles that persistently rise in the glass with lovely notes of cherries and fresh fruit.
Taste: Sweet and fresh with a good intensity and persistence in the aftertaste.
Served for: Perfect for or welcome, with its sweetness and freshness it can be easily enjoyed on any occasion.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C
The grapes are picked in the first half of September. After rapid transport to the winery, the grapes are de-stemmed and lightly pressed. The wine is cooled to 0ºC and stored for up to one month before fermentation. Fermentation is started slowly in an autoclave until the wine has reached an alcohol percentage of 7.5, after which it is bottled.

Beni di Batasiolo is one of the best producers in Piedmont and is run by the energetic and charismatic Dogliani family. The property is located in the center of the Barolo district, and consists of nine "beni", i.e. wineries with associated vineyards, which guarantees high diversity. The vineyards cover a total area of more than 100 hectares in the best areas.
In addition to the fantastic Barolo wines from Piedmont's "great vineyards": Briccolina, Boscareto and Cerequio, Batasiolo produces a large number of other great wines: Barbaresco, Barbera d'Asti, Moscato d'Asti, etc.
