Bonpland Rouge rum VSOP Mosel
Bonpland Rouge rum VSOP Mosel is a rich blend from Trinidad, Jamaica, Guyana, Guatemala and Nicaragua. Rum finished in the Mosel at the three border regions.
It has acquired sumptuous aromas after finishing in Pinot Noir barrique casks from the VDP winery Friedrich Becker from the Palatinate.
Experience: Wood and tannins are perfectly integrated with a dry finish on the palate. Here are aromas of chocolate, raisins and red berries that make it the perfect companion on cold winter days with a lovely dry finish.
Bonpland room:
The most precious drops from the traditional distilleries were secured by Bonpland Rum on a voyage of discovery through the Caribbean and South America. Bonpland Rum is matured in the tri-border region of Germany, Luxembourg and France on the Vallendar Family's estate, which was established in 1824.
The rum is vinified in wine casks from the finest Wine Estates in Germany, such as the VDP of Friedrich Becker from the Palatinate and Bernhard Huber from Baden. The finest Burgundies originally matured in these casks. The harsh climate in the hills between the Saar and the Mosel gives a clear uniqueness and fruity elegance to the Bonpland rum series. To emphasize its character, absolutely no sugar or colorings are used in these rums and no "chilled" filtration.
